How we work
We take on a deliberately small number of projects at any one time, so a director stays involved in every job from the first price to the final handover.

Involved early
We're happy to review drawings at Stage 3 or 4 and talk through buildability, sequencing and cost before a scheme goes to tender.

Priced clearly
Tenders are priced line by line against the drawings and specification, with qualifications set out plainly so they compare like for like.

Built as drawn
We build to the design. If something needs to change on site, it's raised with the design team first and agreed in writing.

Director-led
James is involved in every project, with a dedicated site manager day to day. One point of contact from start to handover.
